Feed your brain and improve your mood
Part of loving ourselves and nurturing ourselves is feeding our bodies, including our minds, with healthful, delicious foods. As a registered nutritionist with a true passion for nutrition and health I have dedicated a lot of my time to keeping up to date with medical literature and solid research. What we eat really does have an impact on our health and our mood and how we feel.
